Founder of Blue Pearls, LLC, LeRonda Brooks is an experienced economist with more than 14 years of leading teams and evaluating the economic impact of federal regulations.

Prior to founding Blue Pearls LLC, Ms. Brooks was a program manager for the Department of Homeland Security and a senior economist for various federal government agencies.

Additionally, Ms. Brooks has obtained a Master of Science in Commerce and Economic Development from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts, and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics and Business from Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida.

Ms. Brooks is a Certified Associate in Project Management and has published and provided research for more than seven nationally recognized journals and newspapers.

Ms. Brooks has reported economic findings to a wide range of audiences, including political appointees, senior-level government officials, and executives.
